Uses :
- Concrete honeycombs and cracks.
- MRT tunnels, underpass, mine pits, dams, sluice gates, levees, etc.
- Construction joint.
- Water tank.
- Stabilizer for soil and road foundation.
Features :
- Consolidation can be carried out in wet or hydrated formations, thus maintaining long-term sealing and robustness in aqueous formations.
- It can seal the soil, rock stratum and stop water that flowing out from the dam wall due to hydrostatic pressure. It seals & stop water and preventing leakage.
- For application in slope stabilization, fragmented and fractured rock layers can be hold and stabilized.
- And other special applications.
Important Notes : Ensure adequate ventilation. Natural cross flow ventilation should be adequate.
Technical & Physical Data
Instruction for Use :
Cireco PT-103 consists of the components of A and B, so it must be injection using a two-component injection machine. When PT-103 is reacted anhydrously, a high strength resin body will be formed. While after the reaction with water, a rigid foamed material will be formed. The application temperature is -15°C ~ 40°C.
1. Drilling injection holes and insert injection packer : In order to inject the Cireco PT-103 resin into the crack of the rock wall, it is necessary to install injection ports, also called mechanical packers. The injection port must be set at an appropriate distance. Place packers in the previously drilled hole, so that the top of the rubber sleeve is below the concrete surface. Tighten the packer with a wrench as tight as necessary.
2. Injection : Then, using a two-component injection machine, pumped in both component in a ratio of 1:1 by volume, thoroughly mixed by a static mixer, and then injected into the rock wall through a pre-installed injection packer.
3. Clean up : Once the injection work is completed, a good and thorough clean-up is essential. Remove the packer and the holes should be patched back using Rapid Setting Mortar.
4. Cleaning : Tools and equipment should be cleaned with appropriate diluent immediately after use.
Health & Safety :
Wash both hands after work. Ensure adequate ventilation when using these products. If working in confined areas, suitable respiratory protective equipment must be used. Wear protective gloves when handling these products. The selected protective gloves must comply with the standard of EN374 or equivalent.
Eye protection should be worn. Safety glasses for side shields must be comply with EN166, ANSI 87.1-2010 or equivalent. Wear suitable protective clothing. Types of protective clothing or equipment must be selected according to the amount and concentration of hazardous materials in a specific workplace.
If contact with skin occurs, it must be removed before curing takes place. Wash off with an industrial skin cleanser followed by plenty of soap and water. Do not use solvent. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
