Technical & Physical Data
Instruction for Use
PT-107 consists of the components of A and B, so it must be perfused using a two-component perfusion machine. When PT-107 is reacted, a highly elastic resin body will be formed. After the reaction with water, a micro-foamed latex material will be formed. The construction temperature is 5 °C ~ 40 °C.
1. Drilling injection holes and insert injection packer :
In order to smoothly inject the Cireco PT-107 into the rock wall, the injection port must be set at an appropriate distance. The depth of the crack cross-drilled hole should be as close as possible to the center of the structure. The water stop needle is buried in the borehole and tightened to secure it.
2. Injection :
Then, using a two-component injection machine, pumped in both component in a ratio of 1:1 by volume, and injecting into the rock wall through a special injection needle installed in advance.
3. Cleaning :
Once the injection work is completed, a good and thorough clean-up is essential. Remove the packers and the holes should be patched back using Rapid Setting Mortar.
Health & Safety
Wash both hands after work. Ensure adequate ventilation when using these products. If working in confined areas, suitable respiratory protective equipment must be used. Wear protective gloves when handling these products. The selected protective gloves must comply with the standard of EN374 or equivalent.
Eye protection should be worn. Safety glasses for side shields must be comply with EN166, ANSI 87.1-2010 or equivalent. Wear suitable protective clothing. Types of protective clothing or equipment must be selected according to the amount and concentration of hazardous materials in a specific workplace.
If contact with skin occurs, it must be removed before curing takes place. Wash off with an industrial skin cleanser followed by plenty of soap and water. Do not use solvent. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
