Technical & Physical Data
Instruction for Use
1. Surface preparation : Clear the concrete surface that might covered with deposited minerals under long-term water leakage.
2. Drilling injection holes : In order to inject Cireco PT-110 into the crack, the injection port must be placed at an appropriate distance along the entire crack. The depth of the drill hole should intersect close to the centre of the structure, if possible.
3. Insert injection packer : Place packers in the previously drilled hole, so that the top of the rubber sleeve is below the concrete surface. If the packer could not be pushed into the hole, tap it in. Tighten the packer with a wrench as tight as necessary.
4. Injection : Then, use a high-pressure injection machine to inject the Cireco PT-110 into the crack through the injection packers.
5. Clean up : Once the injection work is completed, a good and thorough clean-up is essential. Remove the packers and the holes should be patched back using Rapid Setting Mortar.
6. Cleaning : Tools and equipment should be cleaned with appropriate diluent immediately after use.
Health & Safety
Wash both hands after work. Ensure adequate ventilation when using these products. If working in confined areas, suitable respiratory protective equipment must be used. Wear protective gloves when handling these products. The selected protective gloves must comply with the standard of EN374 or equivalent.
Eye protection should be worn. Safety glasses for side shields must be comply with EN166, ANSI 87.1-2010 or equivalent. Wear suitable protective clothing. Types of protective clothing or equipment must be selected according to the amount and concentration of hazardous materials in a specific workplace.
If contact with skin occurs, it must be removed before curing takes place. Wash off with an industrial skin cleanser followed by plenty of soap and water. Do not use solvent. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
