Instruction for Use
1. Surface preparation : Unfavorable followers of construction dust, paint, weathering residue, salt, oil, etc. must be thoroughly cleaned. Do not apply before rain. All cracks and old joints must be reinforced before applied. Cireco MS-1 can be used to repair large cracks, holes, etc. on the construction surface to enhance the crack resistance.
2. Application : Dilute Cireco SioAcryl SA-80 with five times water. When use the primer, apply it directly to the construction surface to increase the adhesion. Cireco SioAcryl SA-80 can be applied evenly to the construction surface with a brush, roller and spray. The secondary coating needs to be applied more than 2 hour intervals.
*Usage amount:
Approximately 0.2 kg / m2 / per coating, need to be coated three times. If you need to increase the anti-slip effect, you can scatter the No.5 quartz sand after the second coating. If coated by painting, Cireco SioAcryl SA-80 should be diluted with 10-15% water. All windows, doors, drain pipes, etc. should be completely covered and the cover removed prior to Cireco SioAcryl SA-80 ripening. The paint and spatter above it should be removed immediately with clean water. For new construction surfaces with high porosity, first dilute with 10% water and then apply for the first coating.
*Important Note : To ensure good penetration and adhesion, the best method is to apply the first coat Cireco SioAcryl SA-80 with a brush or a short fluff roller. The subsequent coating can be applied by spraying or general roller.
Health & Safety
Wash both hands after work. Ensure adequate ventilation when using these products. If working in confined areas, suitable respiratory protective equipment must be used. Wear protective gloves when handling these products. The selected protective gloves must comply with the standard of EN374 or equivalent.
Eye protection should be worn. Safety glasses for side shields must be comply with EN166, ANSI 87.1-2010 or equivalent. Wear suitable protective clothing. Types of protective clothing or equipment must be selected according to the amount and concentration of hazardous materials in a specific workplace.
If contact with skin occurs, it must be removed before curing takes place. Wash off with an industrial skin cleanser followed by plenty of soap and water. Do not use solvent. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
